Branchlight Wood Floor Lamp

The structure is deliberately open: three branches cross and separate as they rise, leaving space between the timber forms. Their differing curves and visible grain give the lamp a character that is not based on identical straight parts. At the bottom, a slice of trunk forms the base, with its bark edge and rings keeping the wood's texture in view.

Lines of light follow the branches rather than sitting beneath a conventional shade. The illuminated curves emphasise the shape of the timber and create a contrast between pale glowing strips and the surrounding wood. In daylight, the branches and base remain the main sculptural elements; when lit, the same arrangement gains a different visual rhythm.

For a lounge or lodge interior concept, consider it alongside plain upholstery and a restrained mix of timber, stone or woven textures. A quieter background could help the crossing branches remain easy to see. It could be considered as a visual accent in a reading area.
